My Books

South Bay from EsplanadeAll my books are set in North Yorkshire. Most are set in the fictional North Yorkshire seaside town of Whitsborough Bay, inspired by my hometown of Scarborough and some of the other wonderful coastal resorts locally like Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay.

In July 2020, the first book in the Hedgehog Hollow series was published, introducing readers to a new setting on the Yorkshire Wolds.

I write all of my books to read as standalone stories but I love my characters and some do make appearances in other books. Regular readers will recognise them but anyone new to the book won’t be confused by their appearance.

3. Beach HutsFor maximum enjoyment (and to avoid any cross-book spoilers), I would strongly recommend reading the ‘Welcome to Whitsborough Bay’ series in order and there are also other books that do connect, as explained below.

Happy reading!
